How I Can Support You
1
Neurodiversity
I offer a neurodiversity-affirming space where you can explore your experiences, feel understood and be accepted for who you are. Whether you're navigating Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety or overwhelm, we'll work together at your pace to support your wellbeing.
2
Anxiety and Depression
Are you feeling anxious, low or overwhelmed? I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore what you're experiencing without judgement. Together, we'll work at your pace to understand your feelings, build self-awareness and support your emotional wellbeing.
3
Other Mental Health
I offer dedicated therapeutic support to help you navigate trauma, stress, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. My practice also specializes in grief and loss, chronic illness, and post-natal depression, and I am fully equipped to accept EAP contracts.
My Integrative Counselling Approach

What does 'Integrative Counselling' actually mean?
In simple terms, it means there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy.
Instead of forcing you into a single model, an integrative approach blends different therapeutic tools to suit you, your unique personality, and what you’re experiencing.
Here’s a quick peek at the main modalities I bring together in my practice:
-
Person-Centred: Creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel truly heard and accepted for who you are.
-
Psychodynamic: Exploring how past experiences and unconscious patterns might be influencing how you feel today.
-
Transactional Analysis (TA): Understanding how you relate to yourself and others, and breaking unhelpful behavioural patterns.
-
Cognitive Behavioural (CBT): Looking at the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to build practical coping tools.
Because we are all complex human beings, having a flexible toolkit allows me to work in a way that feels right for you.

My name is Kremi Smith, and I’m a BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor based in Tonbridge and working with clients online across the UK.
Why do people come to therapy?
Life can bring moments where things feel heavy, overwhelming, or uncertain. Therapy offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can pause, unpack what you're feeling, and figure out the right path forward for you.
How I Work:
As an integrative therapist, I don’t believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Instead, I blend different therapeutic modalities—such as Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, and Transactional Analysis—tailoring our work together around your unique needs.
Getting in Touch:
Stepping into therapy can feel like a big step, so I aim to make the process as gentle and straightforward as possible. I offer both face-to-face sessions in Tonbridge and online counselling.
